Select your frame colour and size, then enter your personalization.  Each frame is roughly 2 inches deep, the perfect size to store keepsakes.

Select 2 colours, 1 for lettering and 1 for the dots.

Enter the below information in the personalization box:

1. Name as you would like it displayed

2. Date of birth

3. Weight (lbs and oz)

4. Height (in)

5. Time of birth, specify AM or PM

6. specify what colour background you'd like in the box.  If you seleceted an option with flowers please specify those colours as well, all colours/shades available.
